Mrs. Jones would like to offer a fun & delicious way to get your Fourth of July celebration off with a bang!

1 ½ oz. Vodka
½  oz. St. Germaine
1 ½ oz. Strawberry coulis (recipe below)
Prosecco
Fresh basil

Combine first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake thoroughly and strain into a martini glass.
Top with a splash of Prosecco and garnish with a basil leaf.

Strawberry Coulis

¼ cup sugar
¼ cup water
1 lb. strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Bring the water and sugar to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
Add strawberries and cook for 4-5 minutes until soft.
Remove from heat and puree mixture until smooth.
If desired, strain through cheesecloth to remove seeds.
