1 oz. Bourbon
½ oz. Cointreau
7 dashes Angostura bitters
7 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Luxardo cherry for garnish
Mix first four ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass filled halfway with ice.
Gently stir to mix ingredients.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with 2-3 oz. of chilled sparkling wine.
Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
