8 mint leaves
1 lime, sliced
2 oz. rum
1 oz. lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
Prosecco
Muddle mint leaves in bottom of glass. Add lime slices, reserving one for garnish. Muddle lime to release the juice. Add additional lime juice, simple syrup, and rum. Stir, then fill tumbler with ice. Top glass with Prosecco and add lime garnish.
