2 oz. gin
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp grapefruit juice
1 tbsp rosemary simple syrup (see recipe below)
Add gin, lime, grapefruit and rosemary syrup to cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine then strain and pour over ice. Garnish with sprig of rosemary.
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
1 sprig rosemary
Place sugar, water, and rosemary in saucepan and stir to combine as you heat the syrup to a boil. Once all of the sugar has dissolved, let cool. Remove rosemary sprig once cooled and store in a mason jar in the refrigerator.
